This compilation will be available for download very soon with 100% of the proceeds going towards Starlight.org. It will feature new and exclusive holiday tunes from some amazing bands including MxPx, Still Automatic, Lipstick Homicide, The Haddonfields, Gatsby’s American Dream, Colin Farrell, Hopewrecker, The Dragstrip Riot, The Hairlips, The Respirators, Prevenge, Angry Snowmans and more.
Please follow, like, tweet, share, post, email, and most importantly, download the full album from bandcamp when it goes up in a few days. I thank you, the bands thank you, and the children thank you.
It’s time to start putting together this year’s Christmas Episode and I want you to be a part of it. I’m asking bands and friends to record either a holiday greeting or better yet a holiday tune. The recording doesn’t have to be fancy, I mean this is punk rock, right? It could easily be a home recording and the song could be an original or cover.
I do have a message line set up that goes straight to voice mail for those that want to leave a holiday greeting. The audio quality of these is not spectacular but will definitely work for people that don’t have a way to record at home. The number for that is 347-762-5109.
I would need all mp3s, wavs, etc emailed to me by no later than Dec. 20th.
Last year’s episode was a lot of fun and I want this year to be even better. Don’t hesitate on being a part of it, who knows how many more Christmas episodes of Needle Drop Radio there will be. Let me know if you have any questions and I really look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks
-Jeff

NEXT WEEK
I’ll be world premiering a track from Sill Automatic. They have a new EP coming out and the song I was asked to premiere is killer. I’ll also play something from the new Strung Out greatest hits and something new from Enabler.
Thanks.
